Due to the nature of our business, the majority of our products and services are digital, experiential, and access-based, and hence the following policy applies.

1. Nature of Products & Immediate Access

Most of our offerings include, but are not limited to:

-Digital courses and lessons
-Recorded videos and modules
-Workbooks, PDFs, and learning resources
-Community access and discussion forums
-Live and recorded workshops, webinars, and training sessions

These products are delivered digitally and are accessible immediately upon successful payment. Once access is granted, the service is considered initiated.

2. 7-Day Refund Window (Digital Programs)

We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase only for digital programs, unless explicitly stated otherwise on the sales page.

To request a refund:

You must email us at [email protected] within 7 days of purchase.Requests made after the 7-day period will not be entertained under any circumstances.

3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable, with no exceptions:

-One-on-One Consulting / Coaching / Guidance Sessions.
-Any service involving: Personal calls.
-Strategy sessions/ Mentorship sessions
-On boarding or road map calls

These are billed based on time, preparation, and allocation of expert resources, which cannot be reversed or reclaimed once booked.

"Advanced Programs involving: Personalized guidance, Dedicated mentors or guides." Enrollment into such programs signifies clear intent, alignment, and commitment. Refunds are not applicable once access or on boarding process has begun.

We strongly advise you to join these programs only if you are aligned with Vedanta, effort required, and depth of work at Adhvaitha Conscious Society.

4. Refund Processing Timelines

If a refund is approved:

Refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method.

For international payments (outside India):

An additional 7 working days may be required due to banking and payment gateway processes.

Note: Any transaction fees or currency conversion fees charged by banks/payment gateways are non-refundable.
